What exactly does "one user flow" mean?

A single end-to-end journey through your app — for example, the entire sign-up process, or adding an item to a cart and completing checkout, or creating a user profile. We test that complete journey from start to finish. If you're unsure which flow to choose, we'll advise you during onboarding.
How do I give you access to my app?

After purchase you'll receive onboarding instructions. For iOS apps, a TestFlight link works best. For Android, a Play Store beta invite or direct APK. For web apps, a URL plus any login credentials needed. We handle everything through email — no repository access or SDK required.
When does the 48-hour clock start?

The 48-hour delivery window starts once we've confirmed both your payment and received everything we need to access and test your app. If access information takes time to prepare, that's fine — the clock doesn't start until we have what we need.
What if I need more than one flow tested?

The Pilot covers one flow. If you need broader coverage — multiple flows, more testers, or a second testing pass after fixes — our Focused ($3,500) or Standard ($7,000+) tiers are the right fit. We'll be happy to recommend the right tier after your Pilot.
Is this really only available once?

Yes — the $300 price is a one-time introductory offer, available once per company. It's designed so you can see our work before committing to a larger engagement. If you return for further testing, the standard Essentials rate ($1,500) applies.
What if I want to cancel?
