You're purchasing a one-time, limited-scope testing engagement. We will test one user flow in your app using a small panel of real-world testers and deliver a written findings report within approximately 48 hours of engagement commencement. This offer is available once per company. Testing begins once we have confirmed receipt of your payment and obtained the information needed to access your app. No refunds are issued once testing has commenced.
These terms form a binding agreement between Hidden Insight Labs Ltd ("we", "us", "HIL"), a company registered in England and Wales, and the individual or organisation purchasing the Pilot Evaluation ("you", "the client").
The Pilot Evaluation is a fixed-scope, introductory engagement. It includes:
The Pilot Evaluation does not include: automated testing, code review, re-testing after fixes, multiple flows, or any deliverable not listed above. Expanded coverage is available via our Essentials, Focused, or Standard engagement tiers.
The $300 Pilot Evaluation is a new client introductory offer, available once per company or individual. Repeat engagements, including subsequent pilots for the same product or a different product from the same client or organisation, are billed at the standard Essentials rate of $1,500.
HIL reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a purchaser qualifies as a new client.
The 48-hour delivery window begins once both of the following conditions are met:
If access information is not provided within 7 calendar days of payment, HIL reserves the right to treat the engagement as lapsed. In this case, a credit toward an Essentials engagement may be offered at HIL's discretion, but no refund will be issued.
Delivery timelines are approximate. HIL will communicate promptly if any delay is anticipated.
Payment is collected in full at the time of booking via Stripe. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
No refunds are issued once testing has commenced. If you wish to cancel before testing begins, please contact us at hello@hiddeninsightlabs.com and we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation or credit.
If HIL is unable to complete the engagement due to factors within our control, a full refund will be issued.
HIL treats all client information, app access credentials, and findings as strictly confidential. We will not share, publish, or reference your product, findings, or engagement details with any third party without your express written consent.
You may use the findings report internally and share it with your team and stakeholders without restriction. You may not resell or redistribute the report as a standalone product.
The findings report reflects the real-world observations of a small tester panel during the engagement window. It is not a guarantee that all issues in the specified flow have been identified, nor a certification that your software is free of defects.
HIL's role is to surface friction and issues that are present during testing. We do not warrant any particular outcome and accept no liability for issues that arise after the engagement is complete.
All intellectual property in your app remains yours. HIL claims no rights over your software, content, or data.
The findings report is produced by HIL and delivered to you for your use. Ownership of the report transfers to you upon delivery.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HIL's total liability arising from the Pilot Evaluation shall not exceed the amount paid for the engagement ($300). HIL is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
HIL may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern your engagement. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
